About

ClawSec is a comprehensive security skill suite developed by Prompt Security, a SentinelOne company, launched in March 2026. It targets OpenClaw and NanoClaw agents and introduces a novel “skill-of-skills” architecture, where a single master skill coordinates multiple specialized security sub-skills across different threat categories. This modular design makes it easy to enable or disable individual protections without touching the core agent configuration.

Key capabilities include SOUL.md drift detection (alerting when an agent’s behavioral identity file has been tampered with), supply chain compromise protection (validating skill integrity before loading), and prompt injection defenses. ClawSec is designed to be layered on top of any existing OpenClaw setup without requiring changes to the underlying gateway configuration.

As a product of Prompt Security — a company specializing in AI security — ClawSec brings enterprise-grade threat modeling to the OpenClaw ecosystem. It complements lower-level infrastructure security tools like SecureClaw by focusing on the agent behavioral layer: ensuring agents do what they’re supposed to do and haven’t been manipulated at runtime or at rest.
